Bristol Office Safety Stand Down
Employees from all Bristol office locations attended a safety stand down (briefing) this morning. The focus of the stand down was on preventing hand injuries.
After identifying hand injuries as being one of the most frequent bodily injuries experienced by employees a decision was made to implement a series of Safety Stand Downs across the whole of RSK Group. All Bristol based employees were called to stand down and attend a safety briefing lead by Felipe Couto at the Old School Office. The focus of the stand down was on hand safety and included the updating and communicating of risk assessments, “STAR” and the reporting of near misses and positive interventions. Any employees who were unable to attend today will be receiving the same briefing from their project managers and site supervisors.
